Naman brings a diverse range of experience to MVP. He was previously a Partner at Picus Capital, an early-stage VC headquartered in Germany, where he led investments and portfolio management for India and Southeast Asia. He is also an active angel investor, having backed early-stage founders in the region that resulted in substantial exits and financial return. His extensive operating background includes serving as COO at M-League, where he helped scale the gaming unicorn across four geographies. Most recently, he was the founder and CEO of Kaidra AI, building AI agents for boutique fitness studios across APAC. In addition to investing and operating experience in Southeast Asia, Naman has roots in India where he spent several years in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and Booz & Company. He earned an MBA from IIM Bangalore, as well as a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
